Who We Are

A professional writer for 25+ years, David has worked as a content creator and information designer across multiple industries, including market research, finance, engineering, high-tech, and screenwriting. He also has over 10 years experience as an educator, teaching business writing, rhetoric, and creative writing at the university level. He founded the Writing & Communications Center at Stevens Institute of Technology in 2009. He holds two undergraduate degrees in English and Psychology from Cornell University, and a Masters degree in Creative Writing from the Pennsylvania State University.

Daniel started his writing career in 2000 as a Medicaid patient advocate, drafting case narratives for Medicaid-eligible clients. In 2003, he co-wrote and directed the award-winning documentary Colfax Ave. Since then, he has served as a Development Writer for Warren Miller Entertainment, writing for both their film and television branches, as well as a Technical Project Manager for Sun Life Financial, managing Sun Life’s print and mail needs. He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, with a minor in Business.
